Located steps from Ka’anapali Beach, Duke’s Beach House is an amazing restaurant you cannot miss! Known for being open-air, Duke’s Beach House has striking views of the Pacific Ocean across the beach as well as a Hawaiian cuisine influenced by sustainable seafood and steaks.
In fact, one guest even went so far as to say that the atmosphere of the restaurant was lively and fun! Therefore, if you’re looking to visit Duke’s Beach House for the first time in Maui, I highly recommend it.
Reservations, however, should be made in advance if you want to avoid an hour long wait!
Leilani’s on the Beach (kaanapali restaurants)
Located right on Ka’anapali Beach, Leilani’s on the Beach is another great restaurant you don’t want to miss! It has the perfect vantage point for viewing sunsets on the beach that are framed by the islands of Lanai and Molokai.
In fact, their menu even features a selection of fresh island fish, seafood, prime ribs, and steaks. So, if you’re looking to visit Leilani’s on the Beach for the first time in Maui, I highly recommend it.
Their beach bar is also another great area to check out if you need a drink as you wait for your table.

Roy’s Kaanapali is another great restaurant in the area you cannot miss! Started by Roy Yamaguchi, this restaurant chain was designed to provide a unique experience for its guests through spacious dining rooms, lounges and an exhibition kitchen in full view.
In fact, one guest even went so far as to say that the restaurant was super clean with lots of natural light. He also said the ambiance itself was also laid back yet sophisticated with a moderate noise level.

Hula Grill and Barefoot Bar (kaanapali restaurants)

So, if you’re looking to visit Monkeypod Kitchen for the first time in Ka’anapali, I highly recommend it! The ambiance is really fun and the food is very exceptional there.
Joey’s Kitchen (kaanapali restaurants)
Featured on Food Network’s “Diners, Drive-In’s, & Dives”, Joey’s Kitchen is another great restaurant in Ka’anapali you cannot miss! They serve great gourmet food there on a budget so you’re less likely to break the bank.
In fact, some of Guy Fieri’s favorites from the restaurant include the Crispy Pata “Deep Fried Pork Knuckle” and the Garlic Kauai Shrimp.
So, if you’re looking to visit Joey’s Kitchen for the first time in Maui, I highly recommend it. The daily hours for the Whaler’s Village location can be found online and Guy Fieri’s favorites can only be ordered online too.
